Tuesday, 4th June: Joint Business Networking Event
The Joint Business Networking Event, collaboratively organized by the Indonesia India Business Forum (IIBF), Indonesia Canada Chamber of Commerce (ICCC), Malaysia Club Jakarta (MCJ), and Canada Alumni in Indonesia (Calindo), was held at the prestigious Hotel Westin Jakarta. The event was a resounding success, drawing 80 attendees, including esteemed guests including the Ambassador of India to Indonesia, Sandeep Chakravorty, entrepreneurs, business professionals, and members various chambers of commerce.

The event commenced with a warm welcome by Patrick Vaz, highlighting the importance of networking in the business world. Acknowledging the collaborating chambers and attendees’ presence, the opening remarks emphasized the significance of building connections that drive growth and create opportunities. The quote by Robert Kiyosaki, “The richest people in the world look for and build networks, everyone else looks for work,” set the tone for the evening, underscoring the value of meaningful professional relationships.
Attendees engaged in dynamic networking sessions, exchanging ideas, insights, and business cards. The informal setting facilitated open conversations, fostering new connections and reinforcing existing ones.
The event also featured a wine tasting session sponsored by PMP, adding a touch of elegance and offering a relaxed atmosphere for further networking.
